Infiry is ready to accept your photos from any device with a browser. You can quickly upload photos from your phone in the field or from the comfort of your office on a computer with a big monitor.
You can upload photos in JPG, PNG, and TIFF formats. You can upload up to 1000 photos at once.
When uploading photos, Infiry automatically reads metadata from the photo, such as date taken, photographer, or description. If the photo doesn’t contain these metadata, you can easily add them manually right in the app.
When you upload photos, we automatically generate multiple sizes of those photos. This allows you to choose the desired size when downloading – the original, a slightly smaller version (e.g., for web), or a watermarked version to protect your photo ownership.
While saving your photos, we also automatically load the dominant colors of the uploaded images in the background, allowing you to search based on different color combinations after uploading.
You alone know the story behind your photos, so we let you describe them in detail. What you don’t describe, our smart algorithms will pick up from the photo.
In Infiry, you can give your photos a short description, such as which event the photo was taken at and what’s in it. You’ll never again forget which events the photos belong to. You can also add keywords, which, together with a good description, greatly improve searching and enrich it with your context.
Any keywords you don’t fill in yourself are automatically generated in the background by artificial intelligence, running locally so your data never leaves our system. Thanks to this, search results are much better and more accurate.
You can add more details, like the photographer, city where the photo was taken, the date of capture, and license information to specify how the photo can be used. You can also note which department the photo belongs to, which is handy if you’re a larger marketing department or bigger company.
Once you fill out descriptions and details for one photo, you can copy them to all other uploaded photos. You can copy all details at once or only the selected ones.
All uploaded photos can be added to any number of photo collections to improve organization. You can later download or share these collections.
Each user of your instance can add photos to their personal favorites collection, which they can then easily access or download when needed.

Our platform offers advanced search options that allow you to find exactly what you’re looking for. Simply enter the name of the event you’re looking for or something that might be in the photo.
You can filter photos at any time by photographer, orientation, dominant colors, time range of when they were taken, location, and more. You can combine filters in any way you need. Infiry also lets you sort photos by date taken or date uploaded to the system.
Searching photos by their dominant colors is our advanced feature that allows you to find photos primarily containing the colors you select.
Download your photos in various sizes or share them with anyone you need.
You can download photos in their original size, in a slightly smaller size, or with a watermark.
You don’t have to download photos one by one; with a few clicks, you can select multiple photos and download them in any size you want.
You can download all photos from particular collections at once in the selected size.
Have a few selected photos or a collection you want to send to someone? No need to download and email them; you can share them directly from Infiry. Just copy the link or enter the recipient’s email to grant them access. You can revoke photo sharing at any time if you no longer wish to share with that person.
