Guide: Resetting a Forgotten Password in Infiry

This guide will show you how to reset your password if you forget it and regain access to your Infiry account.

Resetting Your Password

1. On the Login Page, click the Forgotten Password button.
2. Enter the email address linked to your Infiry account.
3. Click Send Email to Reset Password.

Setting a New Password

1. Open your email inbox and find the password reset email from Infiry.
2. Click the Reset Password button inside the email.
3. A form will open where you can enter your new password.

Password requirements:

• At least 12 characters long
• Contains one uppercase letter
• Contains one number
• Contains one special character

4. Repeat your new password to confirm it.
5. Click the Change Password button.

You can now log in to Infiry with your new password — and you’re done!
